It is my honor to introduce our company to all of you.
Here is our factory ,it is located in the beautiful mountain,all are green in Spring ,welcome to visit in your time .
We are manufacture which produce malleable iron pipe fittings and pipe nipples. We can provide you customized casting products if you can supply us drawing .
Today's presentation will from this three part.
First let me introduce myself to you .
My name is XXX , Sales manager of HEBEI JINMAI .
I worked here more than 6 years, have serviced for more than 100 customers.According to my experience, i can provide you with a set of solutions that meet your market demand.Here is my contact information,please contact with me when you need any help.
This picture shows the history of our factory.
Our factory build on 1994 ,at beginning we only produce the blank product.
From 2000,we have perfected the production line and can produce the finished products for selling .
On 2003 we registered QIAO brand,our product main sells in China local market also for the trading company.
On 2007 build the foreign trade department ,from that year we begin to make the international trade business.
With the expansion of market demand we changed to Tunnel Kiln which is more better for our product quality in 2009.
On 2010 we change the production line as half automatic,we have around 1000 workers in our factory in that time .
after years because of control the cost we update our new production line for casting on 2015, which is called coated sand machine,by this machine ,the product is more specification and the surface is more meticulous.
from 2016,because of the environmental issues ,our government pay more attention to the Environmental protection,on 2017 we update Cupola to Electric furnace.
Our company is located in Luquan, Shijiazhuang which is near Beijing.If you chose the high-speed train from Beijing Station ,only need 1hour to Shijiazhuang city,you can also choose plane to Shijiazhuang airport ,we will pick up you at station or airport .
we usually loading container on TianJin Port.

Every year we attend the Canton Fair to meet our customer and discuss about our business and cooperation.
This is our main product :malleable iron pipe fittings &pipe nipple.
We can supply three thread standard :BS ,NPT and DIN.
We also have three type of the head:Banded,Beaded and Plain.
About the surface ,we have hot dipped galvanized ,electric galvanized and black
About the size we can produce from 1/4" to 6",Which is satisfy most of the customer requirements.
Our fittings kindly used to water ,gas,fire fighting system ....and now more and more customer use the fittings DIY the lamp ,bookshelf ...which looks more nice than usual.
Our product have been exported to the world,the market has Europe and South America ,Asia ,Middle-east .So you do not worry about our quality.
With this picture ,you can see from last several year ,our company sales increase year by year .In the mean time, our products market recognition increased.It also take big advantage for you when you manage our products .
Now we come to the important part of this presentation the seven systems.In the following i will introduce each systems in details, you can learn more about our products and company .
The first is supply chain system:
We do all the process from the material to the final finished product by ourselves .So we can control quality in each process and guarantee the delivery time.
Our main material is scrap iron ,ferromanganese , ferrosilicon and zinc.
The second system is production management system:
flowing is our production process, i will introduce to you one by one .
All the staffs have pro job training before work ,make sure all production goes smoothly and guarantee product quality.
This is for the smelting,we put scrap iron into furnace changed to molten iron.The molten iron temperature is near 1600°,before casting ,we inspect C(Carbon) SI(Silicon) Mn(Manganese) S(Sulfur) P(phosphorus) percents,Those 5 element effect the produce performance.
For the casting we have 4 kinds of the production line:
- Hand made mould :
Maybe you have doubts, why still use manual molds,it is slowly . Because big size fitting such as3" 4" 5" 6" only be made by this production line.
- 214 production line ,from the video you can see it is faster than hand made.which can improve the output.
3.Coated sand molding production line,the surface is more smooth and the product is more accurate.We use this line to produce small size .
4. 417 Vertical Casting Line ,with this video ,you can find that is it very advanced,and one day out put is around 20tons.
With machine help us reduce the labor strength and improve the output and also can ensure the product quality to meet customer requirement.
The next is Pouring,please check the video.
As just now said ,because the molten iron temperature is very higher ,in order to avoid Accidental injury and keep Working normally ,We choose the experienced worker do this job .
Then remove the sand on the product surface.
Next is for sorting,the worker choose different product into different box ,which is prepare for the next process.
Annealing:
Heat Treating process is also important for product performance.
During this process control the temperature must be strictly,otherwise effect tensile strength and extension rate and hardness.
In office we have monitor review the temperature,so that we can adjust temperature in time .
This is for Burr Removal and adjust the shape.
During annealing ,the product shape maybe changed,so we need this process to adjust the shape.
Cleaning sand :
With this machine we can thoroughly remove sand on the surface of the product
Here you can see the different between before and after cleaning.
If you need the black fittings ,after cleaned sand ,it will be made thread .
Galvanized:
we do hot dipped galvanized by ourselves ,our product zinc thickness is more than Standard 70µm which is can satisfy customer needs.
Threading :
Before bulk producing,we inspect 5-10 pieces samples' degree to make sure the bulk products degree all in tolerance. During producing ,we also check .

About the thread ,we have different machine to do this process depend on different product.
As all we know for the union product need to make sure three parts concentric ,so we choose CNC machine,please check the video .With this can help us do the better union with good quality.
We also have the automatic machine and half automatic machine .
Pressure Test:
In our factory we do the pressure test one by one which is can insure our product without leak problem,please check the video.
Packing :
The last process is package.We have many kinds of package, i will introduce to you later.
The third part is QC System:
We have 50 QC persons in our factory,they all have Quality Control experience for many years.
About the inspection process it includes :Material inspection system ,Management of new materials manufacturers,Process inspection,Product testing.
About the inspection item it includes: Chemical element content,General visual,Size, Corrosion resistance,threads,zinc layer,pressure test.
- For the material:At first we test the molten iron to confirm the element content,then will check the test block to final confirm the element content.
We also have tension test ,we send the tension test bar to laboratory to confirm the tensile strength.
2.We also have the destructive test before and after annealing.
You can see before annealing the product is very easy to be broken ,after annealing the product change to be more hard .
3.We will check our product zinc thickness after galvanized .You can see our product zinc thickness is more then 100 um,as for the requirement is 70um.
4.For Thread:We use ring&plug gauge to do the inspection.
5.Before bulk produce and during the produce process we will choose the product to check the angle all in tolerance.
6.In our factory we do the air pressure in water ,the test range is 1.6mpa-2.4mpa.
7.Sometimes our fittings may use in bad condition,so we use the salt spray tester to test product's corrosion resistance,here you can see the machine working result.
After 96 hours The hot dipped galvanized product surface almost no change.
The electrical galvanized product surface has rusted.
So the hot dipped galvanized product is higher corrosion resistance.
The next is Packing System:
In our factory we have different package,such as plastic bag,carton ,we can also supply the pallet if you need .
With the pallet can easy for the transport and also can protect the carton .This is the video show we do the pallets in our factory ,it is very convenience .
For the special goods we also have the wooden carton.
Some customer have the special packing requirement such as small poly bag, Barcode label, paste...we all can supply for you.
About the carton size we have two type,type A and type B,they all in good quality.
The fifth system is Storage system:
Here is a part of our warehouse ,it is very clean and tidy,with convenient transportation equipment and experienced operators we can easily find each order need to delivery or inspect.
Following system is Delivery Inspection System:
Before delivery the goods to the port or loading in container we will do the inspection as this inspection standards.
At first we will check the surface of packing and information on the packing,then will check the content and quantity with packing ,next will visual the product ans check the thread with tools ,all of this we take picture for our customer to recheck.final we will do the pressure test again.
Of course we can send all inspection date to send to you ,if you need .We also support third part to do inspection .
During the inspection,if we find the Non-conforming products ,we will choose out and change to the good products , also check this item with full quantity to make sure there is no similar problem . so you do not worry about you will receive the bad quality products.
The final system is After -sale service system:
Before delivery ,we will tell our customer that do the loading in our factory or in Tianjin Port ,and remind them the ETD&ETA time .
After delivery ,we will ask our customer whether the goods arrived,we will assist them in local sales and solve problems in the sales process,and how to use our product
if we receive the complaints from our customers we will take active negotiation to solve it at first.
Here is a sample case to show how we deal with issue.
We also have the satisfaction survey ,in the list contain the product quality ,the package,our service....we will send this list to our customer after sale,with this list ,can help up to pay more attention to our product quality and our service.
